At DribbleX, we stand by the quality of our performance gear. We're committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your DribbleX product, we offer a return policy designed to give you peace of mind.

Return Period

All our products come with a 30-calendar-day return period starting from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a full refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Items showing signs of use may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to evaluation.

Return Process

Fill out our simple return form and explain the reason for your return.

You’ll receive an RMA number and shipping instructions by email.

Send the item to the provided address and include the RMA number in the package.

Once your return is received and verified, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Options

For unused products in perfect condition.

You may exchange your item for another product from our store.

Choose store credit instead of a refund and receive an extra 10% bonus value for future purchases.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, DribbleX will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is based on personal preference, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We provide prepaid return labels, which will be deducted from the refund in cases of personal preference returns.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, opened essential oils are not eligible for return.

Products purchased during sales or with discounts over 30% may be subject to modified return policies.
